IAT plans to take a leading role in all aspects of real estate locally and hopefully globally to make it happen, starting with disrupting the lease and the property market and authorizing large real estate assets.

The IA Token concept aims to revolutionize the real estate industry using Blockchain technology through the development of the IAT Platform. Funds obtained from this ICO will be used to develop IAT blockchain and asset management will be performed by our management company currently in operation. The platform will serve the Philippine market first and we want to expand to other emerging markets in Asia.

Problem

Despite the potential benefits of the real estate market, buyers face many problems and limitations. IAT, in order to maximize benefits and minimize losses that may arise, aims to solve the following through the application of blockchain technology:

The total cost of buying and selling property in the Philippines sometimes increases up to 24% of property value. We are looking to cut total costs down by at least half.

The decentralized nature of Blockchain technology ensures that records stored therein can not be changed or controlled by a single source, thus providing security against malicious attacks such as hacking.

The information stored in blockchain is accessible to all who make data transparent and unchanged.

Blockchain technology simplifies and accelerates the ownership transfer process.

5. Restrictions on Foreign Investors

Countries have been known to implement regulations to curb the growth of the real estate market by imposing restrictions on foreign purchases in an attempt to slow or stop the market from swelling or forming bubbles.

IAT Token Ecosystem

We want to create an ecosystem where free token holders trade and interact with other token holders and investors who want to obtain Token IA for their portfolio. Thus, the company is committed to obtaining a list with various exchanges so as to facilitate token trading and liquidity.

Liquidity of Token IA

We look towards maintaining the high liquidity of IA tokens by creating a range of token utility channels to reduce token supplies and obtain quality properties to be digitized into the IAT ecosystem.

NIAT Liquidity

We will order a portion of the funds collected to form a pool of liquidity for NIAT purchases using IA Tokens.

IAT Token

The IAT will be issued through the sale of Tokens with a total supply of 4,500,000,000 Token IA. The IA Token price will be pegged to US $ 0.01 per token, ETH, and BTC will be accepted. The token value to be sold is US $ 20 million (including Early Investor, Pre-sale and Crowd-sale) with distribution as per the table below. The unsold IA Token (stamped at 40,000,000 Token IA) will be awarded to the charity organization and the remaining Token IA will be burned. Pre-Sales will begin in early April with a sales crowd that begins on June 15, 2018.
