The main product of the Clarity project is a block designed to store financial and business data, including employee contracts, insurance forms, bank records, regulatory reports, and more; the company claims that almost all business documents can be stored in the block chain.
The company developed an API for integration with QuickBooks, Xero and other popular accounting software, which simplifies the transfer of existing documents to the system. All user data is fully encrypted and anonymous, and users can control how they are shared.
Although users can only rely on the Clarity project as a secure storage system, the main utility of the platform is its software to compare and analyze anonymous financial data of users. This platform includes functions to create broad-minded diagrams, compare performance with other companies in the same industry and share this data with creditors and investors who seek to support small businesses.
The Clarity project platform will require a monthly subscription, which must be paid for using the system's internal crypto system, CLRTY tokens; both users and investors must pay access to the platform. However, the company notes that they plan to introduce "light" or trial versions, which will be available for free.
More about the clarity of the ICO project 
The internal crypto currency of the Clarity Project project, CLRTY token, is made using the ERC-20 standard, and it looks like the ICO only accepts Ethereum. The company's ICO will begin in early July 2018 (they do not specify the exact date) and will end on November 22 of the same year.
The ICO will be divided into five rounds with significant discounts for previous buyers; in the first round Ethereum bought 3000 CLRTY tokens, while in the fifth they would buy only 700. Official documents from the company mentioned in passing that personal pre-sales had taken place.
240 000 000 Clarity tokens will be made, and almost all of them - 220 000 000 - will be sold to the public. The company said it would implement a "redemption and burning" program to ensure currency stability, which would continue regularly for several years, until only 20 million CLRTY tokens were available.
White Clarity said that the company would complete charitable donations for every purchase of tokens; investors can choose whether they want the company to focus on planting trees, keeping girls in schools in developing countries or training entrepreneurship in poor communities.


Token distribution
