Creating a Digital Stadium that Works

SportsFix is ​​a mobile-centric live streaming platform for sports fans in the ASEAN region. Our platform is a popular streaming of local, regional and international sports content. SportsFix is ​​located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. SportsFix is ​​owned by SF Media Holdings Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of TSA (Total Sports Asia), Asia’s global leader in sports content. SportsFix presents a digital sports content ecosystem based on Blockchain technology; debundling and decentralization of sports media rights enable investment of micro content rights, uphold lasting trust and transparency through SF Tokens (SFT) and smart contracts built on the Ethereum network. SportsFix combines the power of the “Netflix” platform with blockchain to transform the most powerful content in the world – SPORTS. SF presents a decentralized sports media ecosystem that aims to completely change how fans connect and engage with sports content. With our fan-centric SportsFix Tokent (SFT) Tokens, fans can participate and engage with their favorite leagues and clubs in an autonomous economy with all digital transactions using smart contracts supported by blockchain technology.
HOW DOES IT WORK?

The process of distributing sports content is expensive, old-fashioned, and uncomfortable. Sports are often combined with other content and finally marked in a large Pay TV subscription package that is not affordable and cannot be accessed by many fans. Packages are often bundled with unwanted content, network-biases that increase costs. Users are forced to accept these high prices because they are not flexible in choosing content and paying for what they want.
Our vision is to redefine the sports content market by cutting out intermediaries (eg agents and broadcasters) and connecting right holders directly to fans through the SportsFix ecosystem. It gives rights holders and SportsFix a new stream of revenue and maintains the rationale of what sports fans are looking for (which is closely related to their favorite sports / leagues / teams). Combined with blockchain technology, SF will secure identity, payment, user display rights and act as a revolutionary market for all sports providers and consumers.
DIGITAL STADIUM
CLOSED MODEL 
Multi-storey digital stadium based on group attendance. Although digital stadiums can theoretically have almost unlimited capacity, stadiums are used to incentivize their respective fan bases to watch streaming together. As the fan base community develops, they collectively as a group rise to the level of digital stadiums to unlock innovative stadium features to enhance their viewing experience. 
An algorithmic formula is used for each game to determine levels. The formula calculates the cost of the projected content for the game, feature costs, and hosting costs.  Storied  stadium with these costs and divided by the number of attendees. This formula optimizes which digital stadiums will open for the fan base based on this metric. At a minimum, the bronze stadium will be available for digital season  passport holders (see further below) for each match because they are registered with seasonal subscriptions and help release content. To ensure parity between the sports club fan base, the formula will also consider the club’s main metrics that cover regional market sizes, social media followers to determine how much community is needed before getting improvements to the next level. SF will promote   market-based  product development with our user base using this model. Our users are empowered to unlock the features they want to see and use. A sustainable delivery approach will be applied to create the  best experience that  is specifically curated for users.

STADIUM BRONZE
Bronze stadium is a basic stadium and provides a standard OTT streaming experience in addition to a
special feature. This stadium continues to be opened for our digital season pass holders. 
SILVER STADIUM
The silver stadium has full basic features opened to a fan base that includes gaining loyalty and
entering group leaderboard competitions with other digital stadiums. Users in this stadium will
have an active SFT wallet where they can collect loyalty points and get tokens. Fan bases that open
thesilverstadiumwill be entitled to choose two special features to enjoy their digital stadium experience. 
GOLD STADIUM
The golden digital stadium retains all the features of the silver stadium and allows users to enjoy 5 
special features in their digital stadium experience. 
PLATINUM STADIUM
When the digital platinum stadium opened the open market. The market allows users to 
exchange their loyalty points (see below) that they produce. The platinum digital stadium allows users to 
access all special features! 
SUPERFAN STADIUM
The SuperFan Stadium is a Digital Stadium that is officially supported by a sports club. This stadium does not  depend on  the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum stadiums 
Here users have access to that particular content
produced by the club which requires player interviews, behind the scenes, and special access content. The 
SuperFan stadium can cover the full spectrum of digital content by allowing clubs to access back to 
their live streaming rights and be equipped with the additional content they produce. 
Sports clubs will allocate the specified number of SFT to be distributed to their fan base. The number of 
tokens distributed is based on the size of the market addressed by the fan (e.g. Location, the following social media 
etc.). Fans who receive this token will automatically be placed in SuperFan Bronze Stadium while fans  
who have digital season ticket holders are automatically upgraded to Silver SuperFan Stadium.
